Hey in doing the 2021 terrence program.
My question is that in week 3 it adds in drops sets.
For example roller cable flye ,the third set is 15-20 reps with a double drop, is the rep range 15-20 then drop or is that the total reps including the drop? And do I just logbook the weight before the drops.
