Hey joe/Bryce! Question Phil Viz has spoken about doing pull ups for teres development which in turn can help create some width. Joe has spoken about adding size to your lats to assist with this (correct me if I’m wrong!)
Just wanted to see if you guys have any cues or things of that sort to maybe try the pull ups for that purpose within the HC gives you wings ! Thanks guys!
