Hey joe and bryce,
I opted for the single leg leg press in the PPL program and it says 20 steps. im not entirely sure what that means in this context.
I was thinking about switching it with single leg leg extensions, and doing 1 set to failure with a double drop set. wdyt?
also am i supposed to progressively overload from session to session on drop sets too?
