Hello Team, I’m starting with Terrance Olympia prep from tomorrow. A small doubt before I begin my journey, I come from a background where I have been taught to lift more and high sets and reps. But the program is focusing only on 2 sets each exercise. I would like to understand the pov behind this and educate myself about the science behind this.
I guess the pov behind this program (but all the programs you can find here) is to execute the less QUALITY work possible to produce hypertrophy / muscle growth. More than this, if you really push the sets where they must be pushed, you’ll find you can’t do too many sets.
