Hello!
I have a question on the new Olympia 2021 prep program. I am now going into a surplus of calories and want To grow as much as possible. Can I still run the prep program if I’m not headed into a prep ? Or even a deficit for that matter? Joe said it would taper off and how do I combat that if I’m looking for more gains since food is rising? Really like the way it’s setup exercise wise and that why I want to run it even though I’m not looking to go into a prep.
