    I was just watching the YouTube video on Joe’s program for Terrence’s 2020 prep and noticed that it’s a pretty different program with some similarities. Just wondering if I’m missing something or if I should add some exercises. In watching another of Joe’s videos on PPL he likes the idea of training body parts twice a week for optimal growth while in this program he has most things once. Just curious about your thoughts on that.

    Terrence ‘s plan is exactly that it’s tailored for him so as he has a near perfect physique and with his legs for example don’t need training twice a week as he only needed to maintain them
