    Knowing that this program is mainly geared towards emphasis on specific body parts, I’m starting from nothing but have been enjoying this program alot. That being said, for beginners, would you let them stick with the one and only leg day it has? Can the one leg day be just as effective as training it two times a week that you would probably see in other push pull leg splits? How would you go about training legs a second time if you would want to?
