I’m currently running Terrence 2021 prep program on my off-season and goal is as much progress as possible. Volume is raising until 8 week of program, after 8 week volume is dropping. I will extend program with few weeks, but what I must do when progress stops. Should I start again same program from week 1 or will be better to start new program? Everything is optimized(sleep, recovery, food, stress level, working out), but after some point I will stop raising the calories because I don’t want to become fat.
