Just started the program and loving it! I do not have a chest supported row machine or a T-Bar machine.
Would a normal T-Bar row and chest supported Dumbbell rows be good alternatives?
*also worth noting, I do not have the T-Bar handle.
I would do the T-Bar rows with a Double D handle. Or should I just do seated rows as an alternative. Thank you in advance!
