    On leg day, there are two exercises for biceps and nice for quads. I wasn’t sure what if there was a mistake so I did 2 sets Leg extensions and then on the 2nd hamstring exercise I did stiff with dumbells because I have no seated curls. Is that okay?

    There is no quads isolation exercise, is this okay? I was sceptical because I hit legs once a week. Thank you so much for your time in advance
