Hey guys, iam new here, really loving the app so far.
I really want to run the Terrence Olympia prep 2021 program, but I also want to incorporate either banded rdls or banded rack deads.
Would it make more sense to swap cable pullovers on Reverse pull for rack deads, to do banded rdls on leg day, or something competly different?

Thank you, so it would be a bad idea to just add banded rdls to legs and it’s better to swap something out for deadlifts?
