    Hey Joe,
When will week 5 be available on the program? Finished the first block.

    Hey Joe,
No worries, I figured as much. I had added week 5 in the mean time.
    Thanks

    Joe or Bryce,

I realize this may be a hard question to answer but any suggestions would be helpful.

I have a inguinal hernia surgery scheduled for Sept 1. (My second) By that date I will be somewhere around week 6 in the T-PPL program. Post surgery for approx 2 weeks training will obviously be different, goal to get blood in muscle and not to create pressure in abdominal and groin. But after that would you suggest just starting the program over again or trying to continue on where I left off?

The doctors don’t give the best advice, basically just said “don’t squat or do anything stupid for two weeks”.

Like I said, a difficult question to answer. I work for the fire department and when I had my left side repaired 10+ years ago I rushed back to work so this time I will be taking a month off work and will be primarily be driving the truck when I go back.
