Hey Joe and Bryce,
I’m coming to the end of a training block soon and looking to switch up my training. My current focus muscles are arms and shoulders but I also wouldn’t mind additional back and/or calf work. Chest and legs are my strong points so I’m happy to leave these at 1x/week frequency.
After browsing through the routines I was considering doing one of the following:
1. Going for the current Terrence program but swapping the chest work for delt work (OHP, laterals, reverse fly) on the push/pull day
2. Going for Terrences 2020 prep and adding some delt isolations to the push/arm days
Do either of the above sound like good options/modifications given my goals or would you suggest a different option?
