    Hi! I was wondering why Terrence’s program has so many different exercises ? Why is it that there is a pec dec but also a roller fly. Also would it be possible for me to add a bit more upper chest work by doing for example on push days smith incline bench, converging machine press, roler fly and then on push/pull days Incline BB bench or incline smith bench and pec dec? Is this unnecessary?
