    Just wanted to express how great the program is.
    I just completed the first 8 weeks (2 blocks)and wow gained strength and lean mass and body composition has changed greater. Thank you!
    Now I have finishes with a few weeks ro go before new year looking at doing the recovery phase program. Just Just quick question. Is the program just 1 set per exercise or do I do warm-up sets with 1 working set?
