    Hi Joe
Based on your experience what are the worse foods that lower t levels?
Also what would be your best tips for increasing it and what would you avoid?
Also i have seen that dairy gets a really bad name, but from my side i have plain greek yogurt and mozzarella cheese two of my main proteins
    Is it really that bad?

are you concerned about your T Level? Have you had bloods done?

Gets bloods done and go from there. If they are low speak to your doctor about options.

Regarding increasing your levels, if your levels are in range then just eat well and train and you’ll grow. Try and focus on that rather than naturally increasing your level because you aern’t going to see any dramatic increases in size without AAS, IMO.

Regarding foods, Avoid junk and eat healthy foods and you’ll be set.
