Joe, I’ve been lifting 7 plus years and my quads may have never been as sore as they are today. I started the push/pull program earlier this week and when I looked at the ‘lower’ part on paper I thought, “meh.”
However the knee-dominant squats with the support bar murdered me. I seriously can’t even get up from the chair without needing something to cling to.
