    Hello ! I have a home gym, with somewhat limited equipment and I can’t perform cable flys or pec deck (exercises that are very common in the programs). I am wondering if I should replace them with this “new” exercise, the press-around, since changing my body position I can have more tension in lenghtened or shortened position, and the tension is through the whole ROM, unlike the DB fly. I know it’s about preference, but wouldn’t it be closer to the cable fly/peck deck than a DB fly ?

    Yeah, I didn’t know this exercise too, until recently. I think was popularized on tiktok. I hope you can get the idea and execution from this pictures.

    This is from N1. Coach Kaseem Paul Carter and Eugene teo utilise it quite often. Personally don’t enjoy it.
