Have been wondering about this for a while. Wouldn’t it make sense to run a program like Terrence current for a cut? Since you can’t really build muscle in a big deficit anyways it seems not too stupid to cut your volume down to the minimum needed to maintain the muscle mass and reduce fatigue instead of running smth higher volume like the Brosplit.
I’ve swapped from Upper/Lower to Terrence current program for this exact reason.
I feel it was too much volume for me, at least whilst in a deficit as was starting to feel pretty beat up. I think this will vary from person to person based on different factors (age, how big the Deficit is, recovery, etc) but for me currently it was too much. In short, you could well be right.
