    Are there any physiological benefits to adding in a supplement with thermogenic properties (GBB, bitter orange extract, etc) during diet periods? I notice some perceived psychological benefit from the additional body heat/sweat on colder days in the gym, but am not sure of any meaningful benefit outside of this.

    Thanks, Joe – that makes sense. Will definitely save them for when I’m deeper into the diet for a psychological boost!
