Chest Supported Smith Machine Rows as a viable replacement for T Bar Rows? Or would you put the Chest Supported Barbell / Dumbbell Row over it?
Chest Supported Cable Row as a replacement for a Chest Supported Machine Row? (The only annoying part would be as the weight gets heavier it would get harder to get into position… any tips to combat this? Daisy chains maybe?
Cable Chest Press as a replacement for a converging machine? Using Daisy Chains to easily get into position and load the lengthened position hard as well?
Chest Supported Cable Lateral in more of a Y Raise style? Good exercise for meat and potatoes? Why would a lying Cable Lateral be superior if you had to nitpick? Seeing as this would be a more comfortable “scapular plane” motion.
