Hey, I’m 16 years old, I have been training for 6 months, and I’m really enjoying the PPL 2.0, i’m in the 8 th week.
I know that I’m a beginner, but I really want to hear any tips or body parts to improve. I’m bulking, and I haven’t posted any legs photo because I think that my lower body is more advanced than upper boy, because I practise rugby, I think that one of my laghing body parts is the arms.
