    With a ton of training I have coming up with military obligations I have got to start getting in a lot of mileage with running and rucking. I was wanting to do a split of lifting Monday, miles Tuesday, lift Wednesday, miles Thursday, lift Friday and Saturday and miles Sunday. Thoughts on attacking to hit every muscle group effectively?
