My thumb on left foot is unjurecd and it makes me pain when i bend him.
Usually i train calves on legpress.
But is causes pain now so i replace legpress with machine in attachement.
This machine is pain free for me. Do you think it is good machine for calves or legpress is much better?
I would like to know if there is less range of motion on this machine because i cant band the fingers. What about loading pattern on this machine?
