Apologies if you’ve answered this before. I have the worst genetics for bodybuilding lol. Just wondered if you have any tips for people like me with long limbs. Any alterations to training etc? Range of motion changes? Higher reps or lower reps? Basically anything across the board which will help with my arms and leg growth, aswell as my pressing movements which are really quite weak because of it. I feel like I’ve tried alot of different things. Or do I just need to accept that because of my longer limbs it will take me double long to make anything look remotely big?
Thank you Joe. Yeah I’m 6ft 2 so I’m gonna have to stop crying about it and be patient like you said and fill out this frame haha. Perfect genetics for boxing but not bodybuilding haha.
