Joe & Bryce, I’ve been learning so much over the past 2-3 years that I’ve been following you and it’s completely levelled up my training, yet there is still answers I look for. This is in no way your lack of content, it’s probably in the app somewhere but I can’t seem to find the answers!
1. Is lockout bad for you (I’m talking about tri’s in a close grip movement for this example) p.s – this seems like a silly question but I’ve had such a mixed bag of opinions I thought I’d speak to puppa Hypertrophy….
2. Is it important to take 2-3 weeks do maintenance before you cut from a bulk?
3.is there such thing as a bad movement because surely any movement involves muscles as long as it doesn’t stress joints/ puts your body in a unnatural position (even then, is there such thing as an unnatural position for your body?)
4.in your opinion, do you think micronutrients make a % of a difference to
Muscle gain…..what I mean by this, if you’re body is full of great nutrients and hitting protein goals, would it make difference if you were still hitting protein goals with less nutrients?
I’m sure you may answer this post with a question about managing exceptions but I’d love to hear what you think about the questions!
