Quick question, I have recently (over the last 6 months or so) got into the habit of using sleeves every time I do a quad focused compound movement.
Now I’ve had to have a couple of sessions without them and noticed some discomfort in my knees I’ve never felt before.
1. stop using the sleeves
2. make sure I use them all the time, or
3. try and use them with top sets only where the discomfort is more severe?
