Hey Joe! First off, I love this damn app. Top tier really. And second, I was wondering what your professional opinion was on toe elevated rdls? Any real benefits there, even though your hamstring doesn’t attach to your heel or ankle?
I’m doing deficit RDL’s. Have tried toe elevated but that didn’t work for me
