… I sticked to Olympia prep plan for 2 weeks now and it feels way to less volume to me. I feel fresh every day without having a off day. So it’s quite obvious my intensity isn’t high enough since I doubt I have better recovery than a pro bodybuilder with elite genetics and some special supplements.
So basically my question is: till I find a way to increase the intensity to a point where I feel tiered with the volume in this plan, how do I find the right balance so I can overload my body? Hope you get what I mean, it’s not that easy to pin down this problem in a foreign language 😅✌️ greetings
