Hi! One thing I’ve always struggled with is having too MUCH volume in my workouts, right now my push pull legs routine has about 5 workouts of major (chest/back/legs, 3 workouts of secondary (triceps/biceps/shoulders) and then cardio as I’m on a cut, but is the number of main sets too much? Just read thru your push pull legs and there’s only 5 workouts total for push days and pull days, thoughts?
