Hi,
I am using whey protein powder(concentrate), it should be from grass fed cows and it sweetened mostly by stewia.
I use daily 180g of this powder what gives me 135g of protein.
I dont see any digestion problems and everything seems to be fine. Doing it for months.
I also eat daily 300g high quality lean beef meat and 3eggs as my next protein source.
Question is – would be beneficial to lower whey protein consumption and increase beef or eggs consumption because it is “whole food” even when my digestion is great ?
Additional info- i weight around 90kg and total protein intake is arpund 270g
Do you think for example if i remove 50 of whey and instead of this i will eat can of tuna with same amount of protein it will make some difference ? Or it doesnt matter if digestion is fine.
Hunger is not the problem as well.
