I’ve read through the nutrition section and have watched the supplement video several times to learn what would be the most adequate for myself. If a limited budget is concerned for someone trying to maximize muscle gain and recovery and/or general health, what would be your top 5 supplements overall? Thanks for all the amazing content Joe!

I think your Top 5 supplements would vary based on your goal. For example, top supplements for maximizing muscle would vary from supplements focused on longevity. As I’ve aged, my list has changed to focus more on longevity. Some have remained on the list, like fish oil, curcumin…while I’ve added others such as CoQ10, others for blood pressure, liver, and kidney support. I’d outline your specific goals first, then determine your appropriate list. Also, track your health, so you know what works/doesn’t work. I do blood pressure every month, cholesterol every 1 to 2 years, and as Joe mentions above, blood work as well.

I am a fan of the spectrum probiotics made by Designs for Health. Nutridyn also had a similar product.

Hey Bryce, what do you like about Taurine? Hydration? I’ve read a lot about it making you tired…
