Is it better to separate rep ranges or do them both in one rep range Aka 8-12 I was watching one of Chris bumsteads videos on YouTube and he was doinf 3 sets to failure in a 8-12 rep range or one top set of 5-8 then two back offs in a 8-12, basically my question is is it better to separate rep ranges across your sets (JP a advocate of this) or do them all in one rep range and drop weight accordingly
