Hey joe I was wondering if you would program a top set and a back off set to someone who’s in the first year of training? I’m currently doing 3-4 straight sets per exercise but the people who I follow online recommend a top and back off set even for a beginner- someone like Jordan peters. What are your thoughts on this?
