    For torque I have a question for doing multiple reps.

    So if you did 20lbs(force) x 2ft(moment arm), it’s essentially 40ft-lbs torque

    If you did 2reps with 20lbs(force) x 2ft(moment arm) could you essentially tally that up to 80ft-lbs of total torque?

    Probably doesn’t matter all that much but just curious if that’s something you think about or if there is an actual way to about torque for multiple reps.
