So I just recently downloaded the app and chose to start the Terrance Olympia Prep. I love it so far but I have a question about the sets. I noticed at the top let corner it says “Sets2” but sometimes some of the workouts have sets of 8 and was just wondering if that means I need to be going through the workouts twice or is there something I’m missing?
