Hi Joe,
i’ve just completed my first workout on the PPL program starting with legs, did pretty good.
My total workout time was 80 minutes using the suggested rest time between working sets and ofc applying a few warmup sets between each exercise.
But i’m really worried about the large amount of time that my workout took from the catabolic point of view. As far as i know a workout shouldn’t take more than 40-60 minutes per session. Should i worry about it?
