    I’m currently doing Anti-flamingo program.
    And at the first peg workout the “seated ham curl” is positioning as second ex, but at the next leg workout he’s positioned as first exercise.

    How can i track my progress if i feel weeker when it’s my second exercise as opposed to when I’m doing it first?
