Hi! I’m a 15-year-old boy who’s quite serious about training. I like to believe that my relationship with food is quite good and I eat decently healthy. I would like to track calories and possibly macros but many people say teenagers shouldn’t track. My goal is to bulk up. Would you suggest tracking my calories and macros?
