Hi Joe and Bryce! My goal is to bulk and I would like to start tracking my meals, but I have a small problem. I can’t figure out how to track my lunch that I eat in school. In my country schoolmeals are free so I can’t exactly bring my own meals and throw out the schoolfood. There is a list of macronutrients per 100g but I have no way of accurately determining the weight, unless I were to bring a scale to school. This method may be a bit too extreme for me hehehe. Should I just make a rough estimate? Any suggestions?
