Hey Joe question on tracking my physique post show. What is the best way to track progress on the off-season for my physique. I got some feedback from judges post show and going to use the app programs to grown the weak areas. As far as tracking the actual physical progress in photos how would you suggest? Any specific ways to ensure progress is made since when taking weekly progress shots there seem to be many variables.
