Hey Joe,
How important (if it all) is logbooking total poundage in your opinion?
Example: top set on 1day is 8reps @ 215lbs and the next time maybe 215lbs wasn’t possible but 200lbs was done for 10reps
The 200lbs is obviously more “total pounds moved”, so just curious on your thoughts on situations like these and how, if it all, they are logbooked.
