    I’ve been taught to always track food when it’s raw or uncooked. I tracked 40 gr of basmati rice and it said around 50kcal, which sure isn’t correct, so I’m guessing it is cooked basmati rice then?

    Won’t this create a difference in calorie density when people use less or more water to cook their rice?
