    Hey Joe,
Could you please explain your views on,
    1. Is training to failure all the time detrimental for muscle growth?
    2. Should I plan specific phase for training to failure? I mean 4-5 weeks training for near to failure (by keeping 2 RIR) and then 2-3 weeks training for complete failure? Is such a protocol beneficial for better muscle growth?
    3. Is it beneficial to increase the volume a tiny bit by keeping 2-3 RIR for my meats and potatoes exercises for all the body parts?

Sorry for too many questions, Thanks!

Ya, absolutely make sense! So, my first priority is progressing load and then I can slowly move towards training to failure. Thanks a lot for the great response, Joe!
