ParticipantHi Joe,
I just passed an ISSA cert (bodybuilding specialization). And I’m currently on the N1 Education trainer course.
I don’t intend to be a PT or coach (at least not before I retire from my current job haha). I just want to know better. And make better decisions in the gym as a competitor.
Although N1 is quality stuff, ISSA study material was absolute DC. Basically they give you the tool box (not even a complete one) and that’s it. There’s no “how to use the tool” thing. Based on the goals set.
However, the exam was interesting . Like a world apart from the textbook. The last part of it was 2 case study (programming). It was the opportunity to put things together a bit.
Pb is there’s no detailed feedback on that. Just a score. And a pass/fail.
So. I was wondering: would you mind having a quick look at it/my answers? Just to make sure I got the basics right.
If the foundation knowledge is fck**ed up there’s a great chance I end up spinning my wheel.
It’s boring stuff so Id totally understand if you say no.P.s: the University section is awesome

ParticipantDone. Thanks a lot Joe. ⭐️⭐️
Notes:
– the approach (not mine but the way they phrase the case study) sounds quite old school but no real pb to produce something consistent anyway.
– the specifics of the split -case 1- i.e exercises selection, sets, reps…is boring af. style exercise. I only hope I’ve managed to design something consistent with the principles stated. -
