Conducting first workout appointment
What do you do with someone who is a ‘general population’ client that you worked into agreeing to have a session appointment? How would you approach the workout? Would it be better for gen pop to just have a sit down appointment and no session, saving the session to find what they have for the first ACTUAL session and leaving the session option for those who are more ‘experienced?’
For appointment with weight loss clients, is there a best way to pick the supersets or would it be better to find what they like first?
I know these questions may seem silly, and I believe I know the answers and ways to approach, but I heavily value professional opinion, and these questions keep popping up whenever I review the video.
