Hi coach. Just started the PPL program, and I’ve had experience doing a similar split for the last year or so. My question is, should I just do the three workouts assigned, or add additional workouts so its more than 3 training days a week? Basically adding a “B” day to the “A” you have provided.
Appreciate the feedback. I will take the time to feel this program out over the next week or two and then listen to my body and my notes to see if I really need those extra days/workouts added in between.
