Excited to be here!
I consider myself fairly advanced. Been training properly for about 7 years now.
I’ve always been a pretty big fan of low volume training. So, PPL 2.0 seems like a solid place.
I’ve always gravitated to a 4 day lifting split based off my schedule/sports that I do.
That said, what would an ideal 4 day split look like with this program?
Would a Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat be suitable with this program?
