    On the push, pull, legs program is it 3 days of workouts only ? Or do you repeat after and rest 1 day?

    I guess the same applies to other programs. Iā€™m doing Armageddon and was wondering if I should set up training days so it repeats on a weekly basis or if I should start right away.
