    Hi Joe,

My brother is about to start gym for the first time, never lifted before, some sports only. He has had an inactive lifestyle since a year and a half due to a physical issue, fine now. He had his blood work done recently and had an high level of triglycerides(383) and cholesterol. The end goal for him is to reduce the fat accumulated over the last 1.5 year( over chest and belly area) , become healthier and build some muscle later on. Could you give me some pointers as how to start his training( cardio or lifting or bit of both)and his diet. His age is 17.

Thanks Joe! Saw your average Ms Jones video in trainers section and I was thinking of starting with similar pattern of 2 supersets(A1-A2-B1-B2) full body workout about 3-4days a week and some steady state cardio 1-2 times a week with total to 4-5 days p/w. How is that to start with?
